FAQ

  • Teams must compete in the division of their oldest player as of June 1, 2026.

  • Yes - as long as you don't try to play on more than one team in any one division!

Playing on two teams in the same division is NOT allowed.

  • Divisions close once capacity is reached and may not reopen.

  • Each team is guaranteed at least four games: typically three pool-play games on Saturday and at least one game in Sunday’s single-elimination bracket

  • Teams may receive a full refund if they cancel before the registration deadline (July 3). After that date, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

This is because schedules, staff, officials, facilities, and event resources are finalized based on registered teams once the deadline passes.

Teams are responsible for their own roster and player issues after the deadline. Any team or player disqualified for conduct or sportsmanship violations will forfeit their entry fee with no refund.
