Amity Sports events bring together athletes, families, coaches, and community members in structured, high-attendance environments across multiple event formats.

Vendors gain access to:

• Consistent foot traffic across different event types

• Multi-hour engagement windows

• Family and youth-focused audiences

• Controlled vendor categories to reduce competition

We host recurring sports and community events throughout the year, including:

• Basketball tournaments and 3x3 competitions

• Youth sports camps and training events

• Community and school-based athletic programs

Vendor opportunities are offered across all eligible events based on availability and fit.

Events are structured to maintain continuous activity across game schedules and event programming. This creates repeat exposure as attendees move between courts, seating areas, and vendor zones.

Vendor placement is assigned in high-visibility areas near primary event traffic zones.

Selection is based on:

• Event fit

• Category balance

• Space availability

Vendor fees vary by event type and are communicated upon selection. Certain community or promotional partners may receive adjusted arrangements depending on event structure.

Each event includes a limited number of vendor positions to maintain quality, flow, and a positive attendee experience.

For school campus events, selected vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance prior to final approval.
